What is collected

Form submissions (name, email and the optional details you choose to share in the audit or contact forms) and newsletter email addresses, when you choose to provide them.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. It records anonymised usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type. It does not receive your form contents.

The site also keeps its own cookie-free count of page views and clicks on key buttons. For each one it stores the page, the referring website, any campaign (UTM) tags, your country, your device type and an anonymous ID that changes every day. Your IP address is not stored, and nothing is recorded if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

How it is used

Only to reply to your enquiry, deliver the audit or resource you requested, or send the newsletter you signed up for. Your details are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are delivered by email and may be stored in a secured database used only to manage enquiries.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every email, or email a deletion request to hello@pervezhossain.com and your data will be removed.

Client project data

Data handled during client engagements stays inside the client's own infrastructure and vendor accounts and is governed by the agreement signed for that project.
